Dr. Syed W. Hasan, MD, is a highly experienced psychiatrist with over 20 years of clinical expertise. As a Supervising Protocol Psychiatrist at Psych Health Associates, Dr. Hasan oversees the work of APRNs and provides expert recommendations to facilities and providers, ensuring comprehensive and compassionate psychiatric care for residents.

Dr. Hasan earned his medical degree from Dow University of Health Sciences in Pakistan and completed his residency in psychiatry at Kansas University Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident. He also gained international experience working in Ireland and Pakistan, focusing on cultural aspects of psychiatry and addiction treatment.

Dr. Hasan has held leadership roles, including Medical Director of Springbrook Psychiatric Hospital and the Partial Hospitalization Program, where he guided clinical teams in delivering high-quality care. His teaching experience includes serving as a resident educator for HCA hospitals.
