Arthur “Dee” Greene, LMHC

Psychology Program

Arthur “Dee” Greene, LMHC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than 30 years of leadership, mentoring, and counseling experience across military, academic, and clinical settings. A U.S. Army veteran who rose to the rank of First Sergeant, Mr. Greene brings deep expertise in organizational leadership, mental health education, and evidence-based therapy. His service background and clinical training give him a unique ability to support individuals navigating trauma, transition, and personal growth.

Mr. Greene currently serves as the Executive Director of Psych Health Associates’ Psychology Program, where he leads the development and implementation of psychology services across long-term care and post-acute settings. In addition to overseeing programmatic growth and clinical integration, he remains actively engaged in direct care. Through his private practice, My Next Chapter, he offers individual and group therapy with a focus on trauma-informed care, EMDR, and psychoeducation. His work at River Oaks Addiction Center included designing and facilitating early recovery skills programming for clients with co-occurring disorders.

An experienced educator, Mr. Greene also served as an adjunct professor at South University, where he teaches psychology and student development courses. He previously held academic leadership positions at the University of South Florida and has designed and delivered curriculum in both military science and mental health. His approach to care and teaching emphasizes structure, empowerment, and culturally competent support.

Mr. Greene holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University and a Master of Science in Management from Thomas Edison State College. His diverse background in behavioral health, military leadership, and higher education uniquely positions him to lead and innovate within PHA’s integrated, outcomes-driven model of care
